How to join the EPBS forums

1 Visit http://forum.epbs.net

2 Click on the Join button just below the title European Association for Professions in Biomedical Science

3 Click on I agree for the terms and conditions

4 Complete the form and please make sure your email address is correct.

Your user name can be your name, eg AlexCochrane, or something made-up.

Your signature will be automatically added to the end of all your messages - leave empty if you don’t want a signature.

5 When you register, a randomly generated password will be sent to the e-mail address you provide. Once you have received your password, you may edit your profile to change the password to one of your choice.

Forum tips

Replying to a specific posting
If you want to reply to a specific posting and you want to include the original in your reply, click on the Quote button at the bottom of the relevent posting. That will duplicate the earlier posting and include it in your reply.

Setting your author icon or avatar
At the top of the page is a little person icon with the word profile next to him/her. Click on that and you can then go into the area where you set your profile - including your author icon (avatar). If you don't want an avatar a no_avatar option will be made available soon.

To complete any changes click on the update profile button.

Myforums
Click on the My Forums button on the forum toolbar and this will show you an overview of your contributions and settings to the forum - including your latest messages, favourites and topics.
